Name badges for a whole team
The staff name badge puts the name in large raised letters, with a smaller line for a role or a team, inside a raised rim. It is small and quick to print, and teams order them by the dozen.
Magnet backs are the favourite for shops and clinics, as they leave no holes in uniforms. The pin back suits jackets and lanyards.
Printing tips
- Print it face up, as designed. The magnet pockets are on the bed side.
- Check which way each magnet faces before gluing, so the badge and the magnet behind the shirt attract.
Selling tips
Paste the staff list into the studio for a ZIP of files, one per person. Lock the font and colours for the first order and save them for new joiners.
Questions about the staff name badge
Which magnets does it take?
Two round magnets 10 mm across and 2 mm thick by default, pressed into pockets on the back with a drop of glue. A second pair goes behind the shirt. You can change the magnet size in All options.
Can I use a pin instead?
Yes. Choose the pin back, and glue a 25 mm bar pin into the recess on the back.
How big is it?
24 mm tall and about 70 mm wide for a typical name. Long names shrink so the badge stays under 100 mm.
